Our current returns terms distinguish change-of-mind requests from your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns for live plants. For non-plant products, contact us within 48 hours of receipt or collection to request a change-of-mind return. Conditions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns, not to consumer-guarantee claims.
