Collect your order

Collect your order from the Urban Jungle Sydney greenhouse in Coogee. This is an order collection service, not an open browsing appointment.

When to book

  1. Place your order and choose local pickup at checkout.
  2. Wait for your Ready for pickup notification. Please do not travel to the greenhouse before you receive it.
  3. Use the collection booking link in that notification to choose your time. Enter your Shopify order number when booking.
  4. Bring your order confirmation when you collect.

Visits are by appointment only. If you need to change your time, use the link in your booking confirmation. If you cannot find your collection link, contact me with your order number and I’ll help you arrange a time.
