Your booking details

Plant photos (optional)

Not sure of the plant name? Add up to three photos showing the whole plant or anything you are concerned about.

You will complete the plant-intake authorisation with Marc at handover. This booking acknowledgement does not replace it.

Materials and approved extra labour are additional. Transport dates are arranged separately.

Service details

A repotting service for indoor and collector plants at the Coogee greenhouse. Bring one plant or several; I’ll assess them and agree on the work with you.

Before you book

  • Contact me with the number and names of your plants, their approximate size and current pot size, and any health or pest concerns.
  • Send photos if a plant is large, unusual or unwell. I’ll confirm whether I can accept the job and arrange a handover time.
  • Purchasing the service does not automatically reserve an appointment. This is a greenhouse service, not an in-home consultation or gardening service.

What’s included

  • A visible condition check at handover and a root assessment during the work.
  • Repotting, including removal of old mix where appropriate and any root trimming we have agreed on.
  • Advice on suitable growing mix, pot size and support.
  • Routine observation after repotting, a short care report for each plant and aftercare advice.

You’re welcome to supply suitable pots. Please discuss large specimens, suspected pests or specialist treatment with me before handover. I may decline a plant if I cannot safely care for it.

Price and approvals

  • First hour: $85 minimum for the whole job, even if the work takes less time.
  • Extra labour: $42.50 per started 30-minute block, with your approval before that extra work begins.
  • Materials: Pots, growing mix and other agreed supplies are charged separately.

At handover, we’ll record the plants, their condition, the agreed work and your cost approvals in a digital intake form. You can approve one extra 30-minute block in advance or ask me to contact you first. I’ll confirm the cost of any materials that weren’t agreed in advance before using them. Further work needs fresh approval; silence is not approval, and extra charges are not automatically taken from your card.

Getting your plants here and home

  • Drop-off at, and collection from, the greenhouse are free at arranged times.
  • Optional home collection and return delivery are priced separately by suburb and postcode. Choosing both adds two transport fees.
  • Home transport is available only for the listed suburb–postcode combinations. Other customers can use greenhouse drop-off and collection.
  • Transport is not parcel postage. Please discuss large plants, difficult access or unusual handling before booking. Visit times are arranged separately.

Recovery and collection

Your plants stay at the greenhouse for at least seven days after repotting; I normally recommend fourteen days to observe their recovery. Collection between days seven and thirteen can be discussed. Routine observation is included, not charged as extra labour.

Once I let you know the plants are ready, please arrange collection or approved delivery within seven calendar days. Contact me promptly if you need another arrangement. There is no automatic late-collection fee.

Repotting can stress a plant, and existing or hidden problems may affect its recovery. I cannot promise a particular growth or recovery outcome. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the right to services provided with due care and skill, are not excluded.
