Monstera pinnatipartita
Monstera pinnatipartita is an impressive climbing aroid prized for the dramatic transformation of its foliage as it matures. Juvenile plants produce glossy, undivided green leaves, while established specimens develop increasingly large foliage with deep divisions extending towards the central midrib.
Providing a moss pole or other sturdy vertical support allows the aerial roots to attach and encourages the plant to progress towards its mature form. The deeply divided leaves create a bold, feathered appearance that distinguishes this species from the more familiar fenestrated Monsteras.
Vigorous, architectural and highly rewarding to grow, Monstera pinnatipartita is an excellent choice for collectors who enjoy watching a plant change dramatically as it climbs and matures.
